Join Cherry Lane for a fun interactive day and an opportunity to meet other brides in your area. Our one of a kind workshops were created with you in mind. We provide a enjoyable and informative way for DIY brides to discover the essential tips & tools used by professional coordinators when planning the perfect wedding!
The workshops are conducted in smaller groups; both workshops (Wedding Workshop 1 and Wedding Workshop 2) provide a relaxing and interactive environment. Brides have an opportunity to get to know each other, share their concerns, ask questions specific to their own wedding and most importantly, have fun!
- Are you feeling 100% confident in all of your plans & wedding suppliers that you have researched or booked to date?
- Budget - Do you have a budget set? If yes, are you sticking to it?

Wedding Workshop 1
This interactive workshop covers a wide variety of wedding topics to assist you in the early stages of planning your perfect day, such as:
- Hottest colours & trends
- Ceremonies, receptions, invitations, attire, floral, cakes, photography, decorations, DJs, transportation, videography...Tips to ensure you are booking the perfect wedding supplier
- Break - Mock/Cocktails and Cupcakes
- Areas where you can save money and the importance of setting a budget & sticking to it, why you must have a contract & what is negotiable?
- Finding the perfect dress/suit
- Plus a dedicated Question & Answer session
Or maybe you would like to attend our interactive workshop that is designed for brides/couples who have most of the wedding tasks completed but would like professional assistance to bring it all together into one spectacular wedding!
Wedding Workshop 2
We focus on topics specifically related to your wedding day, such as:
- Agenda/Timeline Design- Important considerations not to be overlooked when creating your ceremony & reception agendas so that your day flows perfectly!
- Ceremony - Unique ideas to make it personally yours & tips on ceremony protocol
- Reception - Making the most from your catering menu & beverage service. Considerations on setting up your Reception such as the Floor plan, Decorations, Entertainment, Toasts, Floral, Wedding Cake, etc
- Practical DIY Ideas (Centrepieces, favours, menu & place cards)
- Plus a dedicated Question & Answer session
Perhaps your Fiancé, Maid of Honour/Bridesmaids or Mother would enjoy sharing the workshop with you & learning how to better assist you in planning your wedding. Everyone is welcome
